Service is not a product set, it's a work ethic.
At Khameleon Software, we support all the products we sell, and we always will. You will never hear, "Sorry, but we no longer support..." from Khameleon.
Our support services are outlined below, but it is important to know that we can tailor services to fit your specific situation perfectly.
Our standard maintenance agreement includes bug fixes and patches. As a maintenance client, you also receive our product upgrades at no additional cost. This includes technology shifts, such as the upgrade from client server technology to Internet-based systems. Khameleon products are based upon Oracle technology and designed so you do not need to hire an Oracle Database Administrator.
Extended maintenance service-your own customized code
We know your market differentiation may come from special process customizations to your business system. We'll write a customization and support it, including retrofitting to a new releases. If you have programmers and purchase our source, you can modify it, and we'll help you maintain it. Virtually any maintenance and support plan is available to meet your needs. Khameleon has a complete programming and development shop that will work to create a program that fits your needs. You can rest assured that your customizations will stay in sync with your Khameleon software implementation.
Khameleon systems have a remarkably short implementation cycle: on average, 90 days. Khameleon's team of project process and accounting experts uses a series of questionnaires that have been refined over more than fifteen years of experience. We will use your answers to help them pre-configure the Khameleon suite for your business. Your staff starts with software ready to be fine-tuned, not a blank whiteboard and a list of a million switches to set. We can help with data uptake, whether from manual records, spreadsheets, or the system you replace. We train your staff, help you monitor implementation progress, and guide you toward the confident, independent operation of your Khameleon business system.
Our educators are project process experts with years of experience in project management and accounting disciplines and Khameleon's software applications. Khameleon training can be delivered in three ways:
- On your site
- Over the Internet
- At Khameleon's corporate offices in Tampa, Florida.
If your implementation is complex (including many geographical locations, containing a high number of functional modules, involving your own custom code, etc.), we can develop a customized training program for you.

24x7 coverage is available, but most clients find they need it only for special events, such as a facility move, warehouse inventory, board meeting presentation, and so on.
