Led by brothers Douglas and Matthew Angelone (and an endless supply of coffee), we come into our downtown Tampa office every day, ready to roll up our sleeves and solve our clients’ most complex business challenges. We run a relatively flat hierarchy that’s focused on outcomes and empowers every individual to have a voice, think bigger and work together. This unique structure has helped Khameleon cultivate a workplace culture built on relationships and true camaraderie. We celebrate each other’s — and our clients’ — wins as though they were our own.
We’ve never met a pizza party or happy hour we didn’t like. And we feel lucky to do what we love, with people we genuinely like, day in and day out.
No matter the role we’re hired for, each one of us wears the hats below when a client’s situation calls for it.
First and foremost, we exist to create and deliver solutions. Our management team is made up of business leaders in the technology services, sales and marketing, and operations fields. We’ve had more than 27 years of hands-on, practical experience shaping technology solutions for office furniture dealers. When it comes to making day-to-day decisions, we do our very best to think like you — our client.
Our multi-talented team of developers, user experience designers, IT professionals, and research and development experts work collaboratively and strategically to continuously make our products work harder for you. They are masters of the industry’s leading tools, leaders in innovative thinking and trusted resources to our clients.
